Founded by Pratyussh Anand, a passionate homechef and food enthusiast, MOTA KABABI was born out of love for authentic Indian flavors. What started as a journey of exploring traditional cooking methods and handcrafted spice blends soon transformed into a thriving food destination in Hyderabad.

Our kitchen is where heritage meets innovation—where age-old recipes, passed down through generations, are recreated with care, keeping the taste and essence intact.

MOTA KABABI was born out of my deep love for authentic Indian cuisine. Coming from a background in IT and ERP consulting, my journey into the food industry wasn’t conventional. But my passion for cooking, my research into regional Indian cuisines, and my hands-on experience with handcrafted masalas led me to create something special—a place where authenticity meets taste.

We started with a simple idea: to revive the forgotten flavors of India and serve them with love. Today, MOTA KABABI is known for its melt-in-your-mouth kababs, robust Bihari delicacies, and fiery Saoji Waradhi curries—all made from scratch, using our own handcrafted spice blends.
